- When a budget comes disclosing that budget to Public.
- Disclosing the schemes and planing for proper utilize of that budget.
- Prioritizing the Schemes & development by public meetings.
- Revealing progress of schemes and development regularly with the public.
- Showing financial records and Audit System to public.
2. As a Municipal officer, how you manage floods in your district?
- Implementing effective drainage and Sewage System.
- To maintain the Natural Flow of Water.
- Regularly maintaining and cleaning drains and waterways.
- and raising public awareness about flood preparedness and safety measures.
3.How you solve water scarcity?
- By giving awareness to the public about the proper utilization of water.
- Providing water services according to needs of the public and coping wastage of water.

4. Tell me Administrative measures to overcome Population?
- By giving awareness about the over population and issues caused by it.
- By describing the benefits of Small family.

- By dividing the overpopulation area into sub divisions and appointing the local body representatives in that sub divisions.
6. How you manage lower staff grievances?
- By hearing their grievances regularly irrespective of their gender, religion, and area.

7. If a senior Mayor or C.M ask you to give him 01 million Rupees and you are Municipal officer then you will give or say no?
- It depends on the official and unofficial order.
- then Senior Command of chain will be passed that directions.
- if Senior Command gives directions to provide 01 million Rupees then it will be provided.

- Other Metropolitan cities are Lahore, Pehshawar, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, etc.

- It manages transfer posting of employees of Local Government.
- It deals with the matters of HRM Human Resource Management.
