It although true that private jobs have handsome salary, but government jobs is preferred due to many other advantages. Every year thousands graduates from the universities and other institutions of Pakistan, and most of them first priority is to join government services. It is because of the various factor like permanent job, stable job, allowances, and power and privileges.
Many students or aspirants prepare for the government jobs but only some make it to the final list. Many aspirants wonder what is qualities which is different from the ones who qualify and ones who do not. We will discuss today the factors which are responsible for getting success in government exam.
There are many myths and philosophy about the aspirant who crack the government exam. For example, must study around 15-16 hours, one must be intelligent and brilliant student throughout his academic career, one must have extra-ordinary mind, they are by nature intelligent, they studied in reputable schools, etc. Well, al this is not true at all, it is all about the competition and one’s preparation of the exam.

Knowing the Time-table:- One must know the Time table of the exam. Knowing the time table of the exam, one can prepare well in the time. One can organize his study plan and finish the topics and syllabus in the time.
Knowing the sources of study:- One must know the source of study. Knowing the source of study of the exam, one can prepare well. Source of study can be books recommended by the examination commissions. It can be reputable website, newspapers, Magazine, tutors, teachers, or the group of aspirant preparing for the same exam.
Knowing the concepts: One must know the important concepts of the topics which can be asked in the exam. It is not to memorize the material or data in the memory. It is to make the understandable concepts which retrain for long time in the mind. Concepts also helps for mapping of questions asked in the exam and their best suitable answers.
Knowing goals and objectives of your life: One must know the goals and objectives of one’s life. What he want to in his life. How important is to crack the exam to change his fate and his life standard. It helps in motivation and commitment to crack the exam.
